3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.
3. Recognize invalid the subitem 14) of Item 1 of the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 2011 No. 246 "Some questions of service in law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7032, No. 265-266 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of August 20, 2011 (26686-26687), in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 30, 2011 No. 31).
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan the police lieutenant general Demeuov M. G.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. Translation rules and recoveries in military, special educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2007 "About education" and determine procedure for transfer and recovery in military, special educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - military, special educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs).
2. In case of transfer and recovery of students in military, special educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs the academic difference in disciplines of the working curricula studied by them for the previous academic periods is determined.
3. The academic difference in disciplines of working curricula is determined by military, special educational institution Ministry of Internal Affairs on the basis of the list of the studied disciplines, their programs and amounts in the class periods or the credits reflected in the transcript issued to persons which did not complete education.
4. For liquidation of the academic difference in disciplines of working curricula the student independently studies disciplines according to the individual schedule during the current academic period, hands over all types of the current control, gets the admission to final control.
5. The reoffsetting determined as prerekvizit of subject matter by other subject matter or the block of subject matters, adjacent on content, on condition of their compliance to content and to amount of disciplines is allowed.
6. Reoffsetting of the mastered credits (hours), and also training course is established on the basis of comparison of educational programs, contents of the list of the mastered disciplines, their amounts, the acquired knowledge, abilities, skills and competences, and also results of training.
7. The academic difference in disciplines of working curricula which is not liquidated at the scheduled time is considered further as the academic debt.
In case of receipt of unsatisfactory assessment in case of liquidation of the academic difference on discipline, repeated delivery is not allowed, and students are subject to expel for the academic poor progress from military, special educational institution Ministry of Internal Affairs.
8. Information on vacant reception positions of military, special educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is published on their Internet resource.
9. Transfer of students in special educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is made from rate on rate, from one form of education on another, from one language department on another, from one specialty on another, from other organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education (further – OVPO).
