About the organization of activities of the Tashkent state university of Uzbek and literature of Alisher Navoiy

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 13, 2016 No. UP-4797 "About the Organization of the Tashkent State University of Uzbek and Literature of Alisher Navoiy" and for the purpose of providing the effective organization of activities of university, strengthening by its highly skilled research and educational personnel, creation modern educational, scientific and the material and technical resources conforming to modern requirements and international standards of the organization of educational process the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

organizational structure of the Tashkent state university of Uzbek and literature of Alisher Navoiy (further - University) according to appendix No. 1;

the list of departments by faculties of University according to appendix No. 2.

Grant the right to the rector of University in coordination with the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make, if necessary, changes to organizational structure of University within the established number of workers.

Determine that the number of salaried employees and the faculty of University is established according to the existing regular standard rates for the highest educational institutions.

2. Establish for 2016/2017 academic year of quota of acceptance on training of bachelors at the Tashkent state university of Uzbek and literature of Alisher Navoiy in number of 300 people, including according to state grants - 150 and on paid and contractual basis - 150 people, according to appendix No. 3.

3. Determine sources of financing of the current content and activities of University the funds allocated from the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and also the means arriving from training at paid and contractual basis, other sources which are not forbidden by the legislation.

4. Form certifying commission for carrying out certification of leading employees and research associates, the faculty of the abolished faculties of the Uzbek philology of National university of Uzbekistan of Mirzo Ulugbek, Uzbek and literature of the Tashkent state pedagogical university of name Bottoms, and also Institute of language and literature of Alisher Navoiy of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 4.

5. Accept the offer of Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan on transfer of the State museum of literature of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan to structure of the Tashkent state university of Uzbek and literatures of Alisher Navoiy and the organization on its base of the Museum of Uzbek and literature.

6. To the ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Tashkent state university of Uzbek and literature of Alisher Navoiy:

in a month to approve in accordance with the established procedure the charter of University;

till July 1, 2016 to perform complex of necessary measures for forming of departments, faculties and departments of University, to completion by their highly qualified specialists and professorial personnel according to the approved organizational structure of University;

till August 1 of the current year to provide development and equipping of departments with necessary curricula and programs, educational and methodical materials and benefits.

7. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make necessary changes to parameters of expenses of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2016, proceeding from provisions of this resolution.

8. Accept the offer of khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent and the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan on placement of the Tashkent state university of Uzbek and literature of Alisher Navoiy to the address: Tashkent, Yakkasaraysky district, Ulitsa Ukituvchi, house 103.

9. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition, Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education to provide reception-transmission on a grant basis in a month:

To the Tashkent state university of Uzbek and literature, without the right of the order, buildings of the Tashkent state pedagogical university, at the address: Tashkent, Yakkasaraysky district, Ulitsa Ukituvchi, house 103;

to khokimiyat of Tashkent, without the right of the order, the building of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, at the address: Tashkent, st. of Navoiy, 69, with temporary, before completion of construction works, placement of the Museum of Uzbek in it and literatures.

10. Determine by construction and reconstruction of the respective buildings transferred to fixed assets of the Tashkent state university of Uzbek and literature:

the customer - Service of the Single Customer Engineering company under the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

the general project organization - JSC Tashgiprogor;

the prime contractor - JSC Trust 12.

Resolve, according to the procedure of exception, Service of the Single Customer Engineering company under the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan implementation of installation and construction works on the terms of concurrent engineering with observance of the established town-planning regulations and rules, with ensuring completion of construction works and equipment by August 1, 2017.

11. To the ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Justice and other interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution.

12. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. Yu. Hodiyev.
