About measures for further development of fishing industry in the Republic of Karakalpakstan

1. Agree with offers of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on conservation, the Ministries of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan about:

creation under Muynaksky district khokimiyat of the State unitary enterprise "Muynak Akwa Sanoat" (further - SUE Muynak Akwa sanoat);

provision in accordance with the established procedure SUE Muynak Akwa sanoat of natural bodies of water Zhaltyrbas (17280 hectares), Sudochye (19000 hectares) and "Fishing" (3000 hectares) (further - reservoirs), located in Muynaksky district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, in the permanent isolated use for development of fishing industry.

2. Consider the main objectives SUE Muynak Akwa sanoat:

creation and ensuring functioning of fish nurseries and incubatory workshops in the territory of reservoirs for the purpose of cultivation of juveniles of fishes for further stocking of reservoirs;

the organization of works on creation and implementation of technologies of cage cultivation of fish in reservoirs;

development of amateur and sports fishery, tourism in the territory of reservoirs;

fishing growth in volumes, step-by-step forming of technology chains on production of competitive fish products and semifinished products.

3. Approve:

management structure SUE Muynak Akwa sanoat with extreme number of managerial personnel in number of 9 units according to appendix No. 1;

Package of measures for further development and rational use of biological resources of natural bodies of water Zhaltyrbas, Sudochye and "Fishing" Muynaksky district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan according to appendix No. 2.

4. Determine that:

SUE Muynak Akwa sanoat is the founder khokimiyat of Muynaksky district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan;

SUE Muynak Akwa sanoat performs the activities on the basis of complete self-financing, independently resolves issues of production and economic and financial activities.

5. Recommend AKIB "Ipoteka-bank" provision in accordance with the established procedure SUE Muynak Akwa sanoat of the credits for financing of accomplishment of the actions provided by the approved Package of measures for further development and rational use of biological resources of natural bodies of water Zhaltyrbas, Sudochye and "Fishing" Muynaksky district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

6. In a month to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan:
