About approval of the Regulations on children's schools of music and art

1. Approve Regulations on children's schools of music and art according to appendix.

2. To the ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to approve:

standard rates of equipment of children's schools of music and art by musical instruments, special furniture, equipment and other stock;

advanced curricula taking into account implementation of the best foreign practices of teaching in the field of music and art.

3. To the ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan in three-months time to develop and approve the standard charter of children's schools of music and art.

4. Paragraph two of Item 2 of the Regulations on out-of-school organization of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of February 18, 1995 No. 59 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan 1995, No. 2, Art. 5), to state in the following edition:

"Specifics of activities of children's schools of music and art and the children's centers "Barkamol Avlod" are determined by separate resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers".

5. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. Yu. Hodiyev.

Regulations on children's schools of music and art

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure of activities of the public children's schools of music and the art providing the out-of-school education which is optional type of system of life-long education (further - children's school of music and art), according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About education" and "About the National program of training".

2. The children's school of music and art in the activities are guided by the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, this Provision, other normative legal documents and the charter.

3. The children's school of music and art is legal entity in the form of public institution and has own charter, separate balance, personal treasurer accounts, seal, stamp and forms with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and specifying of the name.
