3. Permit Committee of the state financial control of the Republic of Tajikistan to have two vice-chairmen, including the one first deputy and Board as a part of 7 people. Set to Committee of the state financial control of the Republic of Tajikistan limit of office cars in number of 8 units, including for central office of 4 units.
4. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan financing of Committee of the state financial control of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of means of the republican budget.
5. Recognize invalid:
- The presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 25, 2001 No. 456 "About formation of Management of the state financial control in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan";
- The presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 7, 2001 No. 480 "About Management of the state financial control in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan";
- The presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 28, 2001 No. 522 "About ensuring efficiency of activities of Management of the state financial control in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan";
