1. Form the Advisory Board on improvement of the investment climate in Tajikistan in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Approve the enclosed Provision of Council.

The advisory board on improvement of the investment climate in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (further the Advisory board) is consultative body in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. The advisory board is important tribune for dialogue between the state and private sector, and promotes forming of state policy in spheres of development of entrepreneurship and improvement of the investment climate in the Republic of Tajikistan. The advisory board based on the analysis and the recommendation represents necessary offers on social and economic development of the country to the President to the Chairman of the Advisory board, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and other state bodies.
