About industrial/commercial fishing for 2016

On the basis of the icthyological observations executed by Service of fish conservation of the Republic of Moldova according to recommendations of Institute of zoology of Academy of Sciences of Moldova, the sharp reducing fish resources and their variety in natural water objects of Moldova caused by obstacle of beds of the rivers, drainage of wetlands, development of water transport, chemical pollution, euthrophication and thermal effects was established. Considering the current situation, and also need of preserving water biological resources and ensuring their recovery according to Art. 20 of the Law No. 149-XVI of June 8, 2006 on fish fund, fishery and fish breeding I ORDER:

1. Not approve quota for industrial/commercial catch of fish in natural water objects for 2016.

2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the Ministry of the environment.

3. I impose control of execution of this order on myself.
