33. When entering data into the register of skilled potential suppliers are specified:

1) field of activity of the potential supplier according to the Inventory, works, services on which public procurements are conducted by tender method with prequalification, stipulated in Item 1 article 31 of the Law (further – the List);

2) information on the skilled potential supplier:

name of the potential supplier;

country of the potential supplier;

for residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the business identification number (BIN) (for the legal entity), the individual identification number (IIN) (for physical person);

for residents of the Russian Federation – the identification taxpayer number (ITN) (for legal entities), the insurance number of the individual ledger account (INILA) (for physical persons);

for residents of the Republic of Belarus – the accounting number of the payer (ANP) (for legal entities);

3) data on the criteria influencing the competitive price offer:

data on work experience in the corresponding field of activity (name of goods, works, services, time period (the delivery date of goods, year and month of rendering service, year and month of completion of works, agreement amount);

data on the documents confirming compliance of the offered goods, works, services to standards issued according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation (about voluntary confirmation of conformity to national or non-governmental standards, compliance of quality management system to the national standard, compliance of system of ecological management to the national standard, compliance of the offered goods to the standard of ecological net production).

34. The register of skilled potential suppliers is created by authorized body, with participation of representatives of National chamber of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other non-profit organizations and authorized (industry) body in the corresponding field of activity.

35. The register of skilled potential suppliers is created by goods, works, services according to the List.

36. To the potential suppliers who are taking part in qualification selection except qualification requirements, the stipulated in Clause 9 Laws, the qualification requirements provided by the List are imposed.
