In pursuance of the appeal of the State inspectorate for geodetic, technical supervision and the mode No. 04/2-06/78 of March 3 2016, according to Item 13 of the Instruction for survey in scales 1:5000, 1:2000, 1:1000, 1:500 and to production of engineering and geodetic researches for construction of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve stamp for land and cartographical works, according to appendix No. 1.

2. Approve the Explanatory note to stamp for land and cartographical works, according to appendix No. 2.

3. Application of the stamp mentioned in item 1 of this order is obligatory for all companies, the organizations and organizations performing land and cartographical works in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

4. To impose control of observance of provisions of this order on the State inspectorate for geodetic, technical supervision and the mode.

5. This order is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

6. I reserve control of execution of this order.

Any end product of land and cartographical works shall contain stamp.
