No. 247-248, 568), with subsequent changes and amendments, and Resolutions of Parliament No. 1318-XII of March 2, 1993 about accession of the Republic of Moldova to some international conventions (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1993, No. 3, the Art. 62) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Rules of issue, exchange, replacement and updating of takhografichesky cards, loadings and data storage from tachographs and takhografichesky cards it (is applied).

2. Rules of issue, exchange, replacement and updating of takhografichesky cards, loadings and data storage from tachographs and takhografichesky cards become effective in 30-day time from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. Appoint the National agency of road transport as the administrative authority responsible for issue, exchange, replacement and updating of takhografichesky cards, and also for monitoring of process of loading and data storage from tachographs and takhografichesky cards.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.

I. General provisions

1.
