In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 13, 2018 No. PP-3666 "About organizational measures for further enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 20, 2004 No. 341 "About enhancement of activities of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of further enhancement of educational process at the Tashkent state legal Ministry of the Higher and Secondary Vocational Education and Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan university decide:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for control and criteria for evaluation of knowledge of students at the Tashkent state legal university in the conditions of modular training system according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication

Regulations on procedure for control and criteria for evaluation of knowledge of students at the Tashkent state legal university in the conditions of modular training system

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The purpose of control and assessment of knowledge of students of university (further - students) consists in preparation of the highly qualified competitive legal personnel meeting the high requirements of the democratic and legal reforms undertaken in the country, forming of civil society and to modern international standards and also in development in students of skills of independent work, systems analysis and management in the respective spheres of legal activities, by quality management of education, the prevention of emergence of gaps in progress of students on modules, their identification and elimination.

The module represents separate subject matter (its part) including cognitive and professional aspects which assimilation shall be completed by the corresponding type of control of knowledge, the skills created as a result of mastering students the program of subject matter.

Control and assessment of knowledge of students within the joint educational programs organized by university with other higher educational institutions, and also carrying out final state assessment of graduates are performed according to the procedure, established in the agreement according to joint educational programs.

2. The main objectives of control and assessment of knowledge of students are:

control and the analysis of level of forming of the corresponding knowledge, skills and abilities at students according to the state educational standards;

realization of the basic principles of assessment of knowledge, skills and abilities of students: basing on the state educational standards, the accuracy, justice, reliability, transparency of estimation of knowledge;

organization and analysis of systematic and timely assimilation by students of training material;

development in students of skills of independent work, organization of effective use of sources of information resources;

objective and fair assessment of knowledge of students and timely announcement of its results;

ensuring complex and continuous training of students within the curriculum;
