According to the subitem 2) article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2008 "About special social services" PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining internal documentation in the organizations providing special social services in the field of social protection of the population.
2. To provide to social services department in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within five working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction for official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhakupova S. K.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
