According to provisions of parts (1) and (2) Article 6 and parts (1) - (14) article 21 of the Law on grapes and wine No. 57-XVI of March 10, 2006 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 64-68, 193), with subsequent changes, article 22 of the Law No. 467-XV of November 21, 2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, article 16 of the Law No. 71-XVI of March 22, 2007 on registers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. 1. Approve the Technical concept of the automated information system "Grape and Wine-making Register" it (is applied).

2. To perform creation and implementation of the automated information system "Grape and Wine-making Register" at the expense of the means provided in the government budget.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment.

Thus, in this Concept general requirements to the system forming information resource about grape plantings and the wine-making companies of the Republic of Moldova, acceptance and conversion of grapes are determined data on production, received on the basis of must, production of wine materials, and also their storage are specified and described, information systems with which it interacts, and participants of exchange of information are installed.
