This Law determines the legal basis of training, education, professional training of citizens and is aimed at providing constitutional right of everyone on education.

the equal rights of graduates of all types of educational institutions in case of receipt in educational institutions of the following step;
provision of the right to the citizens who got education in family or by self-education on certification according to the procedure of the external studies in accredited educational institutions.
Citizens of other states have the right to get education in the Republic of Uzbekistan according to international treaties.
The persons without citizenship living in the republic have the equal rights with citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan to education.
