Article 5.

Approve the budget of the State accumulation pension fund for 2016 according to appendix 5.

Establish financing of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic from the republican budget for 2016 in the amount 16093020, of 6 thousand som taking into account delivery, including:

- on basic part of pension for 2016 - 8743221, 4 thousand som;

- on compensation payments to pensioners for electrical energy for 2016 - 1742634, 0 thousand som;

- on the pensions granted under the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About provision of pensions of the military personnel" for 2016 - 1856778, 1 thousand som;

- on lump-sum allowance on insured event of the military personnel for 2016 - 24732, 7 thousand som;
