About determination of regions for resettlement of kandas and immigrants

1. Determine:

1) regions for resettlement of kandas according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) regions for resettlement of immigrants according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 2014 No. 248 "About determination of regions for resettlement of oralmans" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 22, the Art. 162);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2014 No. 783 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 2014 No. 248 "About determination of regions for resettlement of oralmans" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 45, the Art. 452).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
