RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF NATIONAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

of February 12, 2016 No. 72

About establishment of forms of the activity reporting in the Forex curb market and approval of the Instruction about amount, terms and procedure for creation and submission of the reporting under questions of implementation of activities in the Forex curb market

(as amended of the Resolution of Board of Natsioanlny bank of the Republic of Belarus of 28.09.2017 No. 397)

Based on the paragraph of the fifth of part four of Item 6, of Item part one paragraph two 8, of the paragraph of the fourth Item 9, of paragraphs of the ninth and tenth Item 17 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2015 No. 231 "About implementation of activities in the Forex curb market", the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus

1. Establish:

reporting form Forex company about activities in the Forex curb market according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

reporting form Forex company, its financial stability, necessary for assessment, according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

reporting form Forex company about all transactions with non-deliverable off-exchange financial instruments according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

form of the reporting of bank, the non-bank credit and financial organization of activities in the Forex curb market according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

form of the reporting of bank, the non-bank credit and financial organization of all transactions with non-deliverable off-exchange financial instruments according to appendix 5 to this resolution;

form of the reporting National Forex center about activities in the Forex curb market according to appendix 6 to this resolution;

form of the reporting National Forex center about transactions Forex companies, banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations with non-deliverable off-exchange financial instruments according to appendix 7 to this resolution;

form of the reporting National Forex center about financial stability Forex companies according to appendix 8 to this resolution.

2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about amount, terms and procedure for creation and submission of the reporting under questions of implementation of activities in the Forex curb market.

3. Determine that information on the revealed making violations Forex companies, banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations of transactions with non-deliverable off-exchange financial instruments is submitted National Forex center in National Bank of the Republic of Belarus no later than the working day following behind day of identification of violation.

4. Determine that the reporting constituted in reporting forms according to appendices 1, of 4, 6 and 7 to this resolution for the I quarter 2016 is submitted in National Bank of the Republic of Belarus no later than July 15, 2016.

5. This resolution becomes effective since March 7, 2016.
