About approval of form of the Book of registration of decisions and acts of checks and procedure for storage of acts of checks of activities of business entities in the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Approve:

- Form of the Book of registration of decisions on conducting checks, acts of checks and decisions by results of checks of activities of business entities in the Republic of Tajikistan (appendix 1);

- Rules of ledger maintenance of registration of decisions on conducting checks, acts of checks and decisions by results of checks of activities of business entities in the Republic of Tajikistan (appendix 2);

- Storage precautions of decisions on conducting checks, acts of checks and decisions by results of checks of activities of business entities in the Republic of Tajikistan (appendix 3).

2. To the state bodies having the right of check of activities of business entities in the Republic of Tajikistan to organize and keep the Book of registration of decisions and acts of checks, and also to organize storages of decisions and acts of checks of activities of business entities in the Republic of Tajikistan in form and according to the procedure, the stipulated in Item 1 this Resolution.

3. Determine that responsibility for non-compliance with Item 1 of this resolution is conferred on management of the state bodies having the right of check of activities of business entities in the Republic of Tajikistan.

Rules of ledger maintenance of registration of decisions on conducting checks, acts of checks and decisions by results of checks of activities of business entities in the Republic of Tajikistan

1. These rules determine the procedure of implementation of registration in the state bodies performing check of activities of business entities in the Republic of Tajikistan:

- decisions on conducting checks;

- acts of checks;

- decisions by results of checks,

2. Each inspection body shall keep the Book of registration of decisions and acts of checks in the form established according to appendix 1.

Solutions on conducting checks, acts of checks and the made decisions by results of checks are subject to registration in the Book of registration of decisions and acts of checks.

3. The clerical work on ledger maintenance of registration is conducted separately from other types of clerical work and assigned to the officials who are specially designated for this purpose who systematically check procedure for record keeping in the relevant state bodies and take measures to enhancement of this work.

4. All made decisions on conducting checks, acts of checks and the made decisions by results of checks in state bodies shall be made, considered and are on a centralized basis registered in separate books, in day of their acceptance and receipt.

Decisions on conducting checks shall be drawn up according to article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About checks of activities of business entities in the Republic of Tajikistan". In other cases such decision is not subject to registration.

5. The next registration index is appropriated to decisions on conducting checks.

Decisions on conducting counter checks are considered under registration index of the first address, with addition of the sequence number which is put down through fraction (/).
