About approval of Rules of carrying out external assessment of educational achievements

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out external assessment of educational achievements.
2. Declare invalid the order of the acting minister of science and education of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2012 No. 151 "About approval of the Instruction for carrying out external assessment of educational achievements" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 7553, No. 106-107(26925-26926)) published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of April 18, 2012.
3. (Nyusupov S. N.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to committee on control in the field of science and education:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and the Information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
