About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements of goods of societies of disabled people of the Kyrgyz Republic"
For the purpose of the organization of work on accomplishment of obligations of deliveries of goods for the state needs, and also for the purpose of the state support, social protection and employment of persons with limited opportunities of health, according to article 3 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements of goods of societies of disabled people of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the List of the state customers responsible for realization of the state needs in goods of societies of disabled people of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. Determine authorized state body by placement of the state orders Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- to submit within two-month term within the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic the updated list of societies of the disabled people of the Kyrgyz Republic registered as the taxpayers and performing economic activity in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for establishment of quotas and placement of state orders;
- represent updated data in case of reorganization, liquidation or creation of the above-stated organizations.
