About the nomenclature of agricultural products and products of the food industry made in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning which the Eurasian economic commission performs price monitoring and competitiveness analysis

For the purpose of implementation of the subitem 5 of Item 7 of article 95 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve the Nomenclature of agricultural products and products of the food industry made in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning which the Eurasian economic commission performs price monitoring and competitiveness analysis it (is applied).

2. Boards of the Eurasian economic commission to develop and approve technique of implementation by the Eurasian economic commission of price monitoring and competitiveness analysis of agricultural products and products of the food industry made in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
