About approval of comprehensive plan of development of the electrical power sphere till 2025 taking into account input of the Belarusian nuclear power plant and cross-industry package of measures for increase in electric power consumption till 2025
The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve enclosed:
comprehensive plan of development of the electrical power sphere till 2025 taking into account input of the Belarusian nuclear power plant (further - comprehensive plan);
cross-industry package of measures for increase in electric power consumption till 2025 (further - cross-industry package of measures).
2. Responsible for coordination of work on accomplishment of comprehensive plan to determine the Department of Energy.
2-1. To impose control over the implementation of cross-industry package of measures on Department for energy efficiency of the State committee on standardization.
3. To perform financing of actions of comprehensive plan and cross-industry package of measures at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided within implementation of state programs, own means of the organizations - contractors of comprehensive plan, and also other sources.
4. To represent to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom annually till February 15 of the year following reporting:
in the Department of Energy - information on the course of accomplishment of comprehensive plan;
in Department on energy efficiency of the State committee on standardization - information on the course of accomplishment of cross-industry package of measures.
Inform Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus annually till March 1 of the year following reporting:
To Department of Energy - about the course of accomplishment of the actions included in comprehensive plan;
To department on energy efficiency of the State committee on standardization - about the course of accomplishment of the actions included in cross-industry package of measures.
