1. To the Ministry of Education and Science together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to develop and approve rules of accounting, registration and storage of biologically active agents received in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to provide accounting, registration and storage of samples of biologically active agents received in the Republic of Kazakhstan; state and working standard samples of medicinal substances and extraneous impurities.

2. Create Republican bank and the information database on biologically active compounds based on the Republican state state company "Institute of Phytochemistry" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Create Republican bank and the information database on standard samples of medicinal substances and extraneous impurities based on the Republican state company "National Center of Examination of Medicines, Products of Medical Assignment and Medical Equipment" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 24, 2000 No. 1587 "About the list of objects of state-owned property, not privatizeable" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 43, the Art. 513) the following amendments:
