About refining of separate indicators of the republican budget for 2016

Recommend to local councils of deputies to create in 2016 in local budgets of basic level and the budget of Minsk reserve funds over the size determined by local councils of deputies according to item 4 of Article 42 of the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus due to the assignments provided in the corresponding local budgets on subsidizing of housing and communal services to the population in the amount of 796 657 000 thousand rubles, from them in the consolidated budget of the Brest region – 145 469 300 thousand rubles, Vitebsk – 62 008 900 thousand rubles, Gomel – 219 418 500 thousand rubles, Grodno – 109 410 000 thousand rubles, Minsk – 57 886 100 thousand rubles, the Mogilev region – 119 082 000 thousand rubles, in the budget of Minsk – 83 382 200 thousand rubles.

The means of reserve funds specified in part one of this Item go for financing of expenses on payment to needy and other socially vulnerable categories of the population of non-cash housing subsidies according to the procedure, established by legal acts.

The amounts of excess of remaining balance of means of the reserve funds specified in part one of this Item over the need for funds for payment to needy and other socially vulnerable categories of the population of non-cash housing subsidies can go for financing of the budget obligations which were not considered in case of approval of the relevant budgets or were provided in insufficient amount.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2016.
