1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about features of the organization of cash work with cash liquidity and other values in the period of the parallel circulation of bank notes of sample of 2000 and bank notes of sample of 2009.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and is effective till January 1, 2017.

The instruction about features of the organization of cash work with cash liquidity and other values in the period of the parallel circulation of bank notes of sample of 2000 and bank notes of sample of 2009

1. This Instruction establishes features of the organization of cash work with cash liquidity and other values in National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (further - National Bank), banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations of the Republic of Belarus (further - banks) in the period of the parallel circulation of bank notes of sample of 2000 and bank notes of sample of 2009.

2. For the purposes of this Instruction the terms below are used in the following values:

banknotes of old sample - the bank notes of sample of 2000 in the form of banknotes which are legal means of payment of the Republic of Belarus till December 31, 2016 including commemorative banknotes which nominal cost since July 1, 2016 will change in the ratio 10 000 Belarusian rubles in bank notes of sample of 2000 to 1 Belarusian ruble in bank notes of sample of 2009;

bank notes of new sample - the bank notes of sample of 2009 in the form of coins and banknotes released by National Bank and which are legal means of payment of the Republic of Belarus since July 1, 2016 including commemorative banknotes;

cash liquidity - banknotes of old sample, commemorative and ingot (investment) coins, bank notes of new sample;

coins - the coins from non-noble metal made using regular (standard) technologies of stamping, which are legal means of payment of the Republic of Belarus since July 1, 2016;

commemorative and ingot (investment) coins - the commemorative and ingot (investment) coins which are legal means of payment of the Republic of Belarus which nominal cost since July 1, 2016 will not change;

values - the cash liquidity and other values which are stored in National Bank and banks.

3. The organization of cash work in National Bank and banks in the period of the parallel address of banknotes of old sample and bank notes of new sample is performed according to requirements of the legislation and local regulatory legal acts of banks for the organization of cash work taking into account the features stated in this Instruction.

4. By results of audit of values the statement of audit of values in which the amounts of the actual availability of banknotes of old sample, commemorative and ingot (investment) coins with breakdown on alloys and nominals, cash foreign currency and other values according to names, and also their ruble equivalent, nominal or conditional assessment at old nominal cost are specified is drawn up.

6. The banknotes of old sample which are in storage of values and other values, nominal (nominal) cost which ruble equivalent is subject to denomination are revaluated in the ratio 10 000:1, then the new act of audit in which the mark "Taking into account Denomination" becomes is drawn up.
