These certified requirements are imposed to the organizations performing sales activity and to booking of passenger and freight transportation on air transport including branches, Items of sale and booking, division on consolidation of freights, irrespective of patterns of ownership and departmental accessory, and also to individual entrepreneurs (further - OPP).

Certification of OPP is carried out by Department of civil aviation of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - DGA MT RT).

The agent who signed the subagency agreement is responsible for compliance of activities of the subagent for sale and booking of transportations to these certified requirements.

II. Terms and reducings

For the purpose of application of these Certified requirements to the organizations performing sales activity and to booking of transportations on air transport the following terms and reducings are used.

IATA - International association of air transport.

SSVT - system of certification on air transport of RT.

OPP - The organization performing sales activity and to booking of passenger and freight transportation on air transport.

DGA MT RT - Department of civil aviation of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The Automated Reservations System (ARS) - the automated system providing display of information on the schedule of flights, availability of places and rates of air carriers by means of which booking of air-transport services can be performed.
