About approval of the unified forms of the statements which are drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) actions of the state supervision (control) by the Ministry of Internal Affairs

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity", and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in compliance with the current legislation I order to the Technique of development of the unified forms of the statements which are drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) actions of the state supervision (control), Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 28, 2013 No. 752,:

1. Approve the unified forms of acts:

1) the Statement which is drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) action of the state supervision (control) for observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of production and repair of not military firearms and ammunition to it, cold weapon, pneumatic weapon of caliber of more 4,5 of millimeter and the speed of flight of bullet over 100 meters per second, trade in not military firearms and ammunition to it, by cold weapon, pneumatic weapon of caliber over 4,5 of millimeter and the speed of flight of bullet over 100 meters per second; productions of the special means loaded with substances tear and irritant action, individual protection, active defense and their sale which is applied;

2) the Statement which is drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) action of the state supervision (control) for observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of security activities which is attached.

2. To management of licensing of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Kamyshanov V. I.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of March 10, 2010 No. 66 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance by licensees of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production, repair of not military firearms and ammunition to it, cold weapon, pneumatic weapon of caliber over 4,5 of millimeter and the speed of flight of bullet over 100 meters per second, trade in not military firearms and ammunition to it, cold weapon, pneumatic weapon of caliber over 4,5 of millimeter and the speed of flight of bullet over 100 meters per second, the Procedure for control of observance by licensees of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of the special means loaded with substances tear and irritant action, individual protection, active defense and their sale", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 1, 2010 at No. 268/17563;

2) the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of August 9, 2013 No. 761 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of security activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 30, 2013 at No. 1491/24023.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations.
