About approval of the Instruction on security measures in case of weapon handling
According to the Law of Ukraine "About National police" and for the purpose of ensuring personal security of police officers, prevention of death, wound and their injuring and other persons in case of weapon handling I order:
1. Approve the Instruction on security measures in case of weapon handling (further - the Instruction) which is attached.
2. To heads of structural divisions of the central governing body of police, its territorial (including interregional) bodies in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, areas, the cities, areas in the cities, public institutions and educational institutions with specific conditions of training which perform training of police officers, in a month:
1) to organize studying of the Instruction in system of office preparation;
2) to provide the organization of work on acceptance of offsettings at police subordinates of bodies and divisions on knowledge of requirements of the Instruction and its unconditional accomplishment.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of September 7, 2011 No. 657 "About approval of the Instruction on security measures in case of the handling of firearms", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 27, 2011 for No. 1125/19863 (with changes).
4. To provide to department of personnel, organization of educational and scientific activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Slivinsky V. R.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of National police of Ukraine police lieutenant colonel Dekanoidze H.
6. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
