About transformation of the republican landscape wildlife area of Ozera and about introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of Article 7, of Item 5 of Article 17, No. 150-Z "About especially protected natural territories" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 1 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2018

1. Transform the republican landscape wildlife area of Ozera in connection with change of its borders, the mode of protection and use.

2.  No. 793 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 30.09.2016

3. To perform financing of functioning and protection of the republican landscape wildlife area of Ozera, and also the actions connected with its transformation from the local budget and other sources which are not prohibited by legal acts.

4. In six-months time to provide to the Grodno and Shchuchinsky district executive committees:

registration in accordance with the established procedure the transformed territorial unit of the Republic of Belarus - the republican landscape wildlife area of Ozera;

installation of special information signs on borders of the republican landscape wildlife area of Ozera and acceptance of other measures for accomplishment of this resolution.

5. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

5.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2007 No. 1833 "About republican wildlife areas" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 17, 5/26594; No. 276, 5/28714; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.07. 2012, 5/35925; 17:01. 2014, 5/38269; 29.10. 2015, 5/41195):

5.2. in the paragraph the eighteenth Item 2 of the Regulations on the republican landscape wildlife area Svislochsko-Berezinsky approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 4, 2015 No. 71 "About republican wildlife areas" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.02. 2015, 5/40097), words "quarter 3" shall be replaced with words "quarter 7".

6. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
