About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of agricultural goods
According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) concerning separate types of agricultural goods according to appendix.
2. Notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) to add with notes 68C - 70C of the following content:
"<68C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 5% of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of March 22, 2016 № 25 till 31.05.2017 inclusive.
<69С> The rate of import customs duty in the amount of 5% of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of March 22, 2016 №25 till 31.05.2019 inclusive.
<70С> The rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of March 22, 2016 №25 till 31.05.2019 inclusive.".
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
