1. Approve the enclosed standard of the state service "Accreditation of the Legal Entities Exercising Technical Supervision and Technical Inspection on Objects of the First and Second Levels of Responsibility".

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management of land resources of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican center of legal information for entering into reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Accreditation of the Legal Entities Exercising Technical Supervision and Technical Inspection on Objects of the First and Second Levels of Responsibility"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Accreditation of the Legal Entities Exercising Technical Supervision and Technical Inspection on Objects of the First and Second Levels of Responsibility" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure to development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry (further - the service provider).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed through the web portal of "the electronic government": www.egov.kz (further - the portal).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

1) the service provider - Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 18.30, with lunch break from 13:00 till 14:30 o'clock, except days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the portal - round the clock, except for technical breaks in connection with carrying out repair work (in case of the address of uslugopoluchatel after the termination of working hours, in days off and holidays according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reception of applications and issue of results of rendering the state service is performed the next working afternoon).

form of data, for the passing of accreditation by the organization performing engineering services in technical supervision on technically and technologically difficult objects of the first and second levels of responsibility according to appendix 4 to this standard of the state service;

2) on the portal in case of receipt of the certificate on accreditation on implementation of expert works on technical inspection of reliability and stability of buildings and constructions on technically and technologically difficult objects of the first and second levels of responsibility:

the statement in form according to appendix 5 to this standard of the state service;

form of data, for passing of accreditation of the organization which is carrying out expert works on technical inspection of reliability and stability of buildings and constructions on technically and technologically difficult objects of the first and second levels of responsibility according to appendix 6 to this standard of the state service;

electronic copy of the diploma engineer-surveyor.
