1. Approve the enclosed Rules of adaptation of young employees and implementation of mentorship in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations).
2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. These rules of adaptation of young employees and implementation of mentorship in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations) are developed according to Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2011 "About law-enforcement service" and determine procedure for adaptation of young employees and implementation of mentorship in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations) (further - the SIR).
2. Passing by the young employee of the adaptation procedure it is necessary for the purpose of mastering professional knowledge and steady practical skills for independent and high-quality accomplishment of the operational and office tasks assigned to it on post, developments of interest in the chosen profession, education of the Kazakhstan patriotism, strengthening of moral and psychological resistance to difficulties of service, discipline and strict observance of legality.
3. In these rules the following concepts are used:
1) adaptation of young employees – process of mastering the young employee of professional skills, familiarizing with organization (corporate) culture, forming of commitment to service in the SIR;
2) young employees – the persons who for the first time arrived on service in the SIR and passing it within one year from the date of receipt;
3) the mentor – the employee assigned to the young employee, giving him practical help in professional training and development;
4) Council of mentors (further – Council) – the collegiate organ of collective activities coordinating activities of mentors.
4. In the SIR adaptation of the young employee is performed by means of mentorship.
5. In the course of formation the young employee passes the following stages of adaptation:
