2. To provide to the Ministries of Finance and National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the conclusion of credit agreements with local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty;

2) control over the implementation of conditions of credit agreements;

3) control and monitoring of target and effective use, repayment and servicing of budget credits.

3. To local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty quarterly, no later than the 10th following the accounting period to provide information on development of the credits in the ministries of national economy and finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Terms for crediting regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on designing and (or) construction of housing for 2016 within the Development program of regions till 2020

1. For loan granting to borrowers the following main conditions are established:

1) representation by local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty (further - borrowers) decisions of the maslikhats providing the corresponding receipts in regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty for 2016 in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the creditor);

2) credits to the amount of 2845045000 (two billion eight hundred forty five million forty five thousand) tenges are granted to borrowers for a period of 9 (nine) years on % 0,01 - ache to remuneration rate on designing and (or) construction of housing within the Development program of regions till 2020;

3) the period of development of the credits is estimated from the moment of transfer of the credits from the account of the creditor and comes to an end on December 10, 2017.

2. Additional terms on provision, repayment and servicing of the credit are established in the credit agreement according to the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
