I. General provisions

Subject of regulation of regulations

1. The administrative regulations of provision by Federal Service for Intellectual Property of the state service in state registration of the transactions providing use of single technologies of civil appointment in the territories of foreign states (further respectively - Regulations, the state service), govern the relations connected with provision by Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) of the state service.

Provisions of Regulations extend to state registration of the transactions providing use of single technology of civil appointment or parts of single technology of civil appointment if parts of single technology of civil appointment can have independent value according to provisions of the civil legislation (further respectively - transactions, single technology), outside the Russian Federation, including on state registration of the concluded bargain, state registration of changes of the registered transaction and state registration of termination of the registered transaction (further - state registration of the transaction).
