About approval of Rules of providing disabled people with sanatorium treatment

1) to Approve Rules of providing disabled people with sanatorium treatment (are applied).

2) to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures within the means which are annually provided in the government budget for acquisition of permits and safety of sanatorium organizations.

Rules of providing disabled people with sanatorium treatment

1. General provisions

1) Rules of providing disabled people with sanatorium treatment (further - Rules) are developed on the basis of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About social protection of disabled people" and determine procedure for providing disabled people with sanatorium treatment.

2) Providing disabled people with sanatorium treatment is performed the Ministries of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan in republican sanatoria and rest houses and in sanatoria and rest houses of the State agency of social protection of the population of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan" (further - social security authority of the population) according to the conclusion of the Center of health at the place of residence of the disabled person.

- the unemployed disabled people of III group who are to have registration of body of employment of the population, once in 2 years with payment of 50 percentage cost of the permit;

- the handicapped children who did not reach age of 18 years according to the procedure determined for the Center of health for the residence of the child.

8) The permit is selected to the working disabled people once in 2 calendar years on place of employment free of charge or with payment of 50 percent of its cost at the expense of the funds of social insurance allocated for improvement of workers.

9) to the Disabled people who were traumatized on production and the become disabled people, the permit is selected in two years once free of charge with the organization where they got physical injury, and fare to the place of treatment, in compliance of Item 3 of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About social protection of disabled people" is paid.

2. Procedure for provision of statements

10) Disabled people or at will other faces, and also legal representatives of handicapped children provide the statement in social security authority of the population in compliance to the sample attached to these rules (appendix 1).

3. Procedure for documents acceptance and allocation of permits
