ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF CASES OF PUBLIC SERVICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

of January 27, 2016 No. 17

About some questions of the organization of candidate screen in National bureau on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial authorities

According to Article 7 and Item 3 of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2011 "About law-enforcement service", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) Qualification requirements to categories of positions of National bureau on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial authorities, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules and conditions of carrying out tender and training for the positions replaced on competitive basis of National bureau on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial authorities according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Rules and conditions of out-of-competition holding the posts in National bureau on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial authorities, according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) Rules of selection and implementation of preliminary studying of the candidates employed in anti-corruption service according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) Rules of forming and work with departmental databank of candidates for service for anti-corruption service and the employees enlisted in personnel reserve according to appendix 5 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption of October 7, 2014 No. 10 "About some questions of the organization of work with personnel in bodies for cases of public service and anti-corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 9784, No. 200 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of October 14, 2014 (27821));

2) the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption of April 2, 2015 No. 99 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption of October 7, 2014 No. 10 "About some questions of the organization of work with personnel in bodies for cases of public service and anti-corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 11020, published in information system of law of Ad_let of June 8, 2015);

3) the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption of October 14, 2014 No. 12 "About approval of Qualification requirements to positions of government employees of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption and its territorial subdivisions performing law-enforcement activities" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 9797, No. 207 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of October 23, 2014 (27828));

4) the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption of January 27, 2015 No. 21 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption of October 14, 2014 No. 12 "About approval of qualification requirements to positions of government employees of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption and its territorial subdivisions performing law-enforcement activities" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 10197, No. 33 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of February 19, 2015 (27909));

5) Item 2 Perechenya of orders of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption to which changes are made, the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order for public service and to anti-corruption of October 8, 2015 No. 297 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 12189, published in information system of law of Ad_let of November 6, 2015).

3. To provide to national bureau on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of National bureau on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of National bureau on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kozhamzharov K. P.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
