About the Program of state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States in strengthening of boundary safety on external borders for 2016 - 2020

For the purpose of further implementation of the Concept of the approved boundary policy of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of August 26, 2005 Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. Approve the Program of state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States in strengthening of boundary safety on external borders for 2016 - 2020 it (is applied).

2. To council of commanders of Border troops to organize coordination of work on accomplishment of actions of the Program.

3. Financing of joint actions of the Program is performed by the interested State Parties of the CIS by agreement within the financial resources which are annually provided in national budgets to the competent ministries and departments on accomplishment of their functions.
