About approval of Translation rules and recovery in military, special educational institutions of bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the subitem 12) of article 5-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About education" I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Translation rules and recoveries in military, special educational institutions of bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 2014 No. 218 "About approval of Translation rules of students in the highest special (military) educational institutions of bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9688, published in information system of law of Ad_let on August 29, 2014).
3. To provide to personnel department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days, after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kolkobayev M. O.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
