1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the register of producers of organic products.

2. To provide to department of strategic planning and analysis of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan supervising questions on production of organic products.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, but not earlier than June 2, 2016.

Rules of maintaining register of producers of organic products

1. General provisions

1. These rules of maintaining the register of producers of organic products (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 2) of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 27, 2015 "About production of organic products" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for maintaining the register of producers of organic products (further - the Register).

2. Maintaining the register is performed for the purpose of accounting of producers of organic products.

5. Maintaining the Register are performed by means of:

1) primary entering of data on the producer of organic products into the Register;

2) weekly updating of the Register;

3) placements of the Register on Internet resource of the Ministry.

6. Local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value and the capital within five working days from the moment of obtaining from bodies for confirmation of conformity of information on results of confirmation of conformity and inspection check-up of production of organic products and organic products, represent to the Ministry data by means of the Single system of electronic document management.

7. The structural division of the Ministry responsible for questions of production of organic products, within three working days after data acquisition from local executive bodies of areas, the cities of republican value and the capital places the Ministries this on Internet resource.
