Rules of the request for receipt of the address government public assistance, its appointment, issue and refusal in issue

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules are prepared according to Item 6.2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the address government public assistance" and determine the mechanism of the request for receipt of the address government public assistance (further - the public assistance), its appointment, issue and refusal in issue.

1.2. The needy families living in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic and whose income for the last 12 (twelve) months for the following reasons there is less criterion of requirement on each family member, have the right to the public assistance in difference amount between the average monthly income of family and set of criterion of requirement to each family member:

1.2.1. disability by the family member;

1.2.2. implementation by the able-bodied member of the family of care of the disabled person of the I group, the child aged up to 8 years or the child with limited opportunities of health aged to 18 years;

1.2.3. receipt of internal education by the family member aged up to 23 years;

1.2.4. registration in local body of Public service of employment under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the Ministry) as the unemployed;

1.2.5. death of the family member;

1.2.6. recognition of the family member by court missing or died;

1.2.7. imprisonment of the family member;

1.2.8. the location of the family member is unknown.

1.3. For receipt by the Ministry of references and information the about persons who addressed for purpose of the public assistance, and members of their family information resources and systems of the following state bodies and organizations are used:

1.3.1. Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3.2. Ministry of Defence of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3.3. Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3.4. Ministry of taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3.5. Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3.6. Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3.7. Ministry of Education of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3.8. Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3.9. Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic;
