About approval of the National plan of action of the Republic of Tajikistan for accomplishment of the resolution 1540 of the Security Council of the United Nations
According to article 21 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" and for the purpose of accomplishment of the resolution 1540 of the Security Council of the United Nations the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the National plan of action of the Republic of Tajikistan for accomplishment of the resolution 1540 of the Security Council of the United Nations it (is applied).
2. Determine as the coordinator of implementation of the National plan of action of the Republic of Tajikistan on accomplishment of the resolution 1540 of the Security Council of the United Nations the Agency by nuclear and radiation safety of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To annually responsible ministries and departments to submit the report on the course of accomplishment of actions in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
