1) Rules of forming and work with departmental databank of candidates for operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations) according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) Rules of placement in the web portal of Committee on financial monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of data on vacant executive positions in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations) and requirements imposed to candidates for their substitution according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
