About Representative office of Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation

Provisional regulations for Representative office of Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation

1. General provisions

The representative office of Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation (further - Representation) is the division of Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Service) which is in the territory of the Russian Federation.

- participates together with diplomatic representation or consular establishment of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation in the solution of the questions connected with prevention and suppression of illegal migration;

- renders assistance to legal entities and physical persons of the Kyrgyz Republic searching, matching and establishing contacts with employers in the territory of the Russian Federation for the conclusion of agreements on employment of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- renders assistance in activities of public associations of compatriots in the Russian Federation;

- takes measures for implementation of the international treaties in the field of migration which came in the procedure established by the legislation into force for the Kyrgyz Republic;

- performs other functions, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic.
