ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About some questions on safety of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions in the single accumulation pension fund in the amount of actually brought compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions taking into account the rate of inflation

According to Items 5, of 8, of 9, of 14, of 16 Rules of accomplishment of guarantees of the state to receivers of retirement benefits on safety of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions in the single accumulation pension fund in the amount of actually brought compulsory pension contributions, the compulsory professional pension contributions taking into account the rate of inflation approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 10, 2014 No. 341, I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the application form on purpose of payment of difference between the amount of actually brought compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions taking into account the rate of inflation and the amount of pension accruals according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the decision on appointment (about refusal in appointment) difference payment amounts between the amount of actually brought compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions taking into account the rate of inflation and the amount of pension accruals according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of the magazine of SMS notifications according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to department of social security and social insurance in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to Department of legal service of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhakupova S. K.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.
