About determination of qualifiers and features of customs declaring

Based on the paragraph of the thirteenth Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2018 No. 490 "About customs regulation", subitem 2.3-2 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2014 No. 509 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish:

the qualifier of administrative-territorial division of the countries of the world according to appendix 1;

the qualifier of nature of the transaction according to appendix 2;

the qualifier of features of the external economic transaction according to appendix 3;

the qualifier of codes of the additional information about documents according to appendix 4.

2. Determine that in case of customs declaring with use of the declaration on goods which form is approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257 "About declaration form on goods and procedure for its filling" (further – the declaration on goods):

the foreign currency and securities in foreign currency imported into the Republic of Belarus (exported from the Republic of Belarus) banks, the goods of the Eurasian Economic Union placed under customs procedure of duty-free trade in the first subsection of the column 24 "Nature of the Transaction" of the declaration the digital 000 code, in the second subsection of the column – the digital 00 code is specified goods;

goods for which owing to non-paid nature of the transaction or on other reasons payment receipts are not provided in payment in the second subsection of the column 24 "Nature of the Transaction" of the declaration the digital 00 code is specified goods.

3. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus and separate structural elements of resolutions of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus according to the list according to appendix 5 to this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective since February 27, 2016.
