About approval of standard forms of agreements of storage and conversion

According to the subitem 17) article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2007 "About development of cotton industry", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) the Standard form of the agreement of storage of cotton raw, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the Standard form of the agreement of primary conversion of cotton raw in cotton-fiber, according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of production and conversion of crop products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. Subject of the agreement

1. Subject of this agreement is rendering HPO of paid services in cotton raw storage (further – Services) in compliance and on the terms and conditions of this agreement.

2. The amount and quantitative qualitative indexes of cotton raw and cost of services in storage of cotton raw are determined by the Parties by form, according to appendix 1 to this Agreement.

To accept 1) from the Owner cotton raw on storage on the hlopkopriyemny Items specified in the register of hlopkopriyemny Items in form according to appendix 2 to this Agreement and to issue it cotton receipts, according to its request, after forming of batch of cotton raw in time no later than three calendar days from the date of application;

To issue 2) to the Owner the cover letter in Fund of guaranteeing obligation fulfillment for cotton receipts with the petition for inclusion of these cotton receipts in amount of the guaranteed cotton;

3) to perform determination of quality of cotton raw in case of its acceptance according to the standard, quantitative qualitative indexes of cotton raw and cost of services in storage of cotton raw in form, according to appendix 1 to this Agreement;

4) to ensure quantitative and high-quality safety of the cotton raw accepted on storage according to the issued cotton receipts;

5) to comply with storage conditions of cotton raw according to the requirements established by technical regulations, regulatory legal acts, regulating documents on standardization;
