1. Approve the enclosed Rules of determination of the sizes of the parcels of land for placement of support of air-lines of electricity transmission.

2. To provide to department of power industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican center of legal information for entering into reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of determination of the sizes of the parcels of land for placement of support of air-lines of electricity transmission

1. General provisions

1. Rules of determination of the sizes of the parcels of land for placement of support of air-lines of electricity transmission (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 30-2) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About power industry" and determine procedure for determination of the sizes of the parcels of land for placement of support of air-lines of electricity transmission.

2. Procedure for determination of the sizes of the parcels of land for placement of support of air-lines of electricity transmission

4. The minimum sizes of the parcels of land for placement of support of air-line of electricity transmission of 220 kV and are allowed to be determined above in which design are used fixed in the earth of rack (delay) as:

1) the area of the contour remote on 1 m from external contours of each rack (delay) at the level of the Earth's surface - for the parcels of land adjoining on the parcels of land of all categories of lands (except lands of agricultural purpose);
