Establish forms:

the act of unfitness of foreign free aid according to appendix 1;

the acceptance act of foreign free aid according to appendix 2;

sheets of distribution of foreign free aid in the form of property according to appendix 3;

the humanitarian program according to appendix 4;

the conclusions of competent authority about coordination are more whole than use of foreign free aid and (or) feasibility of its tax exemption, charges (duties) according to appendix 5;

statements for release of the registered foreign free aid from taxes, charges (duties) according to appendix 6;

statements for release of the foreign free aid received by physical person from the income tax from physical persons according to appendix 7;

statements for registration of foreign free aid according to appendix 8;

the report on use (distribution) of foreign free aid in the form of money according to appendix 9;

the report on use (distribution) of the foreign free aid received according to the procedure of its distribution according to appendix 10;

the report on results of implementation of the humanitarian program and its efficiency according to appendix 11;

the report on the course of accomplishment of actions within the humanitarian program according to appendix 12;

the plan of target use (distribution) of foreign free aid according to appendix 13;

certificates of registration of foreign free aid according to appendix 14.

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 4, 2016.
