According to the subitem 50) Item 3 of Article 39 and Item 18 of article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2015 "About public procurements" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed Inventory, works, services of daily and (or) weekly requirement for the period before summing up public procurements by method of tender or auction and entry into force of the agreement on public procurements.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 10, 2015 No. 79 "About approval of the Inventory, works, the services of daily or weekly requirement acquired by customers for ensuring uninterrupted activities" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of February 17, 2015 at No. 10268, published in information system of law of Ad_let on March 2, 2015).

3. (Akhmetov S. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the legislation of public procurements of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The inventory, works, services of daily and (or) weekly requirement for the period before summing up public procurements by method of tender or auction and entry into force of the agreement on public procurements if such public procurements are conducted within the first month of year, in the amount which is not exceeding amount of public procurements of such goods, works, services, the customer, necessary for ensuring requirement, during the term of carrying out public procurement, but no more than for two months

1. Food.

2. Fuels and lubricants.

3. "Paper" of the A-4, A-3 format.

4. Works on winter content of roads.

5. Food services.

6. Services in burial of lonely it is also of humble origin the died citizens.

7. Services in bath-and-laundry servicing.

8. Motor transportation services.

9. Services in installation, installation, repair and operation of technical means of regulation by traffic.

10. Services in content of office buildings:

1) content in purity of internal rooms and facade of the building, and also the territory adjoining to it;

2) carrying out improvement and gardening of the territory, adjacent to buildings, and care of green plantings in buildings;

3) sanitary processing of internal rooms of buildings and the territory adjoining to them;

4) garbage removal and snow from the territory adjoining to them;

5) providing with protection, the alarm system and other devices on protection of buildings, fire safety and the territories adjoining to them;

6) sanitary, electric installation work;

7) maintenance of the lift equipment.

11. Communication services (including Internet, satellite, telephone, courier mail service).

12. Services in maintenance of information systems.

13. Services in placement of information in mass media.

14. Services in maintenance of fire extinguishing systems and conditioning of server rooms.

15. Services in system maintenance of the hardware and software.

16. Services in conducting scientific examination of projects of regulatory legal acts and concepts of drafts of the laws.

17. Services in lease of buildings, rooms and (or) constructions.

18. Services in content of the leasable building, room and (or) construction.

19. Services in maintenance and repair of office and special vehicles.

20. Consumable materials to the organizational equipment and services in gas station of cartridges.

21. Services in utilization of medical waste and sterilization of products of medical appointment.

22. Sanitary and hygienic means for disabled people.

23. Social services of the individual assistant for disabled people.

24. Services of the specialist of sign language for hard of hearing persons.

25. Services in ensuring motor transportation transportations of disabled people by special motor transport.

26. Services in content of administrative and territorial unit:

1) servicing of external lighting;

2) servicing of decorative illumination;

3) cleaning (mechanical, manual) streets, parks, squares, intra quarter territories, and also garbage removal and snow;

4) device, pumping and repair of cesspools;

5) operation of the stormwater drainage system;

6) services in content of fountains;

7) antiflood actions;

8) export of sewage from sewerages;

9) catching of vagrant animals;

10) current content of places of burials.

27. Services in protection of objects.

28. Services in production of car driver licenses, registration documents for vehicles (registration certificates of vehicles and the state registration registration plates), transit numbers.

29. Services in storage of the property turned (arrived) into state-owned property on the separate bases.

30. Content and servicing of republican flagstaff in the city of Astana.
