3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Accreditation of Procurement Organizations in the field of Agro-industrial Complex" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears local executive bodies of areas, Nour-Sultan's cities, Almaty and Shymkent (further - the service provider).

Confirmation of adoption of the request is the corresponding status in "personal account" of uslugopoluchatel in information system of the electronic government about acceptance of request for rendering the state service.

Chapter 3. Procedure for appeal of decisions, actions (failure to act) of the service provider and (or) his officials, workers concerning rendering the state services

11. Appeal of decisions, actions (bezdeystviye) of the service provider concerning rendering the state services: the claim is submitted addressed to the head of the corresponding service provider.

The claim is submitted in writing by mail or purposely through office of the service provider in the working days to the addresses specified in Item 13 of this standard of the state service.

In the claim are specified: name of uslugopoluchatel, postal address, reference number and date. The appeal shall be signed by uslugopoluchatel.
